We are now recruiting for Guest Relations Manager to join our team. You will work as a part of a bigger, Rooms Division Team which also includes Front Office, Housekeeping & Laundry as well as Spa.

Working as Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for:

Prior to arrival:

- Throughout check of the suite, ensuring everything is in top condition, clean and functioning correctly.

- Checking of the Guest History ( if available ) for previously noticed preferences and needs.

- Ensuring of the required items and arrangements for the period of residence. (Immediate purchasing of items if needed )

During the stay:

- Personal support from the arrival till departure and anticipation with any requests at all times.

- Guarantee of the VIP Set Up's, the special Amenities and facility desires- preferences.

- Co-ordination and monitoring execution of the orders and wishes during the whole stay with continuous supervision.

- Seizing and passing on information and feedback for Guest History.

- Ensuring the cleanliness of the residence and control of the efficiency of the entire technology in it. 

- Liaising with the appropriate people to ensure every wish is carried out and any errands may occur are fixed immediately.

- Making day to day decisions to improve service and satisfaction above the always expected and provided standards.

- Strong collaboration with all department heads to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

- Support of complaint management.

After departure:

- Keeping an up to date archive of documents, preferences for future stay and ensuring all of this important information's are stored on the computers as well.

- Putting forward ideas - recommendations in order to improve service , checking cost control and budget and follow news in the luxury sector for the continuous upkeep of the highest standards.

- Liaison with Guests ( keeping contact and small "gifts" for certain occasions )
