We are now accepting applications for our Manager-In-Training Graduate programme due to commence in June 2023.

The purpose of our Manager in Training Graduate programme is to develop individuals into managers and leaders within Adare Manor & the wider world of Hospitality. These programmes are designed to focus on each individuals potential growth into management roles and to assist them with becoming future leaders of our dynamic industry. This years participants will gain the additional, invaluable experience of working at the JP McManus Pro-Am golf tournament on the 4th & 5th of July 2022.

Our Manager in Training programme is an 18 month programme with 4 set rotations for 4 months and the last 2 months is a choice of an area you would like to build experience in. A typical journey for a Manager in Training could look like; a 4 month placement in Food & Beverage Reservations, 4 month placement in Banqueting Operations, 4 month placement as Housekeeping Supervisor & a 4 month placement as a Front Office Shift Lead. Your final 2 months, may include placement in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Facilities Management, Golf Services, Culinary or Stores.

To be eligible for this programme;

- You must have graduated within the last 12 months or have graduated by May 2023

- You must have studied a course relevant to Hospitality or Tourism.

- You must have full availability for the 18 month programme.
