We are proud to currently employ nearly 600 people in our Resort across a number of different departments. One of our benefits for our employees are our Employee Restaurants where we serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. We are recruiting for a Head Chef to co-ordinate & ensure smooth operation of our employee restaurants.

This position will be 5 days over 7, working morning and afternoon shifts, there will be no evening/late night work.

Key responsibilities:

  • To control all of the kitchen areas and employee restaurants (3 onsite).
  • To take responsibility for all food ordering and supplier relationships.
  • To be responsible for the training of all chefs, kitchen stewards and hotel staff in relation to the Food and Beverage operation
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 4 years' experience in another hotel.
