Working with the Director of Revenue and IT, the Senior Systems Operations Analyst will ensure that we get the most out of our systems. You will understand the various systems used in the operation of the resort and work with the Department Heads to identify gaps in knowledge or processes, using this you will develop training plans for the staff in the departments to ensure full benefit is gained from the systems. You will also identify shortcomings in systems and work with the Technology Department to resolve these.

As the Senior Systems Operations Analyst your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain, support and enhance software application systems.
  • Provide operational support to FOH teams in each area.
  • Support events teams with IT and AV equipment.
  • Coordinate normal maintenance and upgrades to software.
  • Solve user problems with software usage and software bugs.
  • Document processes for systems use and provide training on correct use of systems.
  • Work with programmers/third party providers in programming enhancements for reports and operation of the software packages.
  • Assist with the identification, development and implementation of new system applications to satisfy business requirements of the resort.
  • Advise both users and systems staff in the use of software applications.
  • Oversee the operation and development of interfaces between the various computer systems.
  • Assist other systems personnel in the support of the hardware and operation.
  • Aid other systems personnel with the day to day support of computer systems.
  • Auditing the use of systems to ensure compliance with agreed processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role as well as a qualification in a relevant field.
