We are currently recruiting for an organized, forward-thinking and resourceful candidate to take up a role as Personal Assistant to our General Manager.

This individual will assist the General Manager in his day-to-day duties, ensuring his workload and diary are managed meticulously.

Candidates for this role must;

  • Have an understanding of the Hospitality business.
  • Have the ability to take a lead role in project management.
  • Be able to build and manage relationships.
  • Communicate well with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Organize the General Managers office, meetings & engagements.
  • Take a pro-active and creative approach to their work, consistently searching for new and innovative systems and procedures to assist with everyday tasks.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the General Manager while understanding where his time prioritized
  • compiling and preparing reports, presentations and official correspondence
  • managing databases and improving existing databases
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with team members, suppliers and clients
  • liaising with VIP's on behalf of the General Manager
  • attending and accurately minuting key meetings
