We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Systems Analyst to join our team.

Working with the Director of Revenue and IT, the Hotel Systems Analyst will ensure that we get the most out of our systems. They will understand the various systems used in the operation of the resort and work with the Heads of Department to identify gaps in knowledge or processes, using this they will develop training plans for the staff in the departments to ensure full benefit is gained from the systems. They will also identify shortcomings in systems and work with the Technology Department to resolve these.

The role will involve:

  • Communicating with colleagues to understand the requirements of the organisation and its individual departments.
  • Use of data modelling to analyse your findings; you then use the data to suggest improvements and changes to operations.
  • Looking at the pros and cons of each suggestion you make.
  • Identifying the processes needed to implement your recommendations.
  • Producing written documentation to support your findings and present it to stakeholders when asked.
  • Developing training plans and documentation to ensure that department knowledge is kept and training is consistent in the use of systems.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role as well as a qualification in a relevant field.
