There has never been a more exciting time to join the team and we are now recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef in our Michelin Star restaurant The Oak Room.

The Oak Room is our signature restaurant which is solely open for dinner service. This beautifully oak panelled room caters for up to 55 guests with an adjoining private dining facility for a further 16 guests.  Our menu concept is simple yet exquisite - a choice of 2 menus tasting & a la carte, offering contemporary Irish Cuisine paired with beverages prepared by a team of talented food & beverage professionals.

Our Culinary Team in the Oak room is headed by Chef Mike Tweedie - a distinguished professional with an incredible background.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef to join our Oak Room Culinary Team. This candidate will report directly to the Head Chef of the Oak Room and will be responsible for the following;

  • Handling multiple tasks as well busy & volume production with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Remaining up to date with latest culinary trends and create ideas into efficient and consistent implementations.
  • Preparing and presenting quality desserts, pastries and bakery items and continually improve and upgrade offerings.

 Previous experience working at a senior level & a pastry section in a Michelin Star restaurant is essential for this role.
