What a year it has been so far.... In 2017, we completed the largest refurbishment, restoration, and expansion in Irish history. Our Culinary Team will be headed by Chef Loughlin Druhan - a distinguished professional with career spanning the continents of Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Combining his extensive expertise from some of the world's most highly regarded and awarded kitchens, Chef Loughlin's mission is to take dining and epicurean pursuits to an elevated experience, where cuisine, service, ambience and value come together to respect and reflect traditions with an interpretation that is both modern and fresh.

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef with previous experience working at a senior level internationally for a minimum of 3 years.

Our Culinary team, headed by Chef Loughlin Druhan, has surpassed 100 employees and is continuing to grow. The successful applicant will take up a management position assisting with the day-to-day running of each start of the art kitchen we have onsite.

The Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef is responsible to assist the Executive Chef for overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. Hands on position, driving quality and consistency throughout the resort. Creative, passionate leader, training and ensuring HACCP standards are maintained
