Front of House Team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, they are the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge and respond to guest queries throughout - their professional attention to minutest of details helps ensure that guest's stay is a seamless one.

Assistant Front Office Manager must be an intuitive hospitality person with a naturally warm and engaging personality with inspirational leadership skills and a strong drive to always 'go beyond' to ensure that the guest experience is superb. From a professional perspective he/she must already have FO/GS management experience, have excellent organisational skills, be a strong communicator and talented relationship builder with proven ability in managing highly demanding and pressured front office departments in comparable 5 star/luxury hotels.  Fluent English in both oral and written communications, coupled with excellent computer skills are essential - previous experience using Hotsoft is desirable.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager this person will be leading a team of Guest Service Agents, he/she must be excellence driven, be a strong coach and nurture and environment that supports delivering an incredible Irish hospitality with an ethos to consistently create moments of magic for our guests through the provision of highly intuitive and personalised care that goes beyond normal expectations.

Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable.
